Called the SCB credit card application hotline again today. The automated system said my Manhattan Card was approved on 11th Jul and if I don’t get it by 14th Jul, to call them again. Liars lor! I called the automated system on Friday and my card wasn’t approved yet. Hmph! What’s this man! Backdating the processing completion date to meet some fake TAT (Turn Around Time)? Terrible. Checked my mailbox in the evening just now. No Manhattan Card was there. It better come tomorrow…
And SCB never called me back nor replied my feedback about their crappy services. Yucks. If not for the 5% rebate that I’m aiming for, I wouldn’t bother with this crappy bank. The bank better not cheat my $20 credit that’s supposed to come with all card applications before 30th June lor! ‘Cos I definitely applied on either 25th or 26th June. Grr…
Ok… gotta go put some sticky antibiotic medicine into my eye. Yeah… hope it recovers completely by tomorrow. Feel like using mascara leh. Sigh.
