Yippee!! Survived my 6th week at work. True enough, things are getting better, if only ‘cos i’m starting to figure my way around & learning to make decisions & take charge of my work.
Anyway, this post isn’t about that. This post is about the story of an Evil Disciple, Jojo. A few years ago, there was this disciple in the sect of Anyhow-Insure-Anything that was very condemned by one of the elders of the sect, Elder PK. However, after Elder PK went up to the mountains to é¿é¦†ä¼‘练, the sect leader who took over, KL & his righthand (wo)man, Mao showed her a lot of favour. Especially Mao. She told everyone that she lurved Jojo because the latter was very kuai (Chinese for obedient). Not only did Mao heap tons of praise on Jojo during each appraisal, Mao also helped Jojo get rid of all the other disciples that were preferred by the sect elder PK.
Flashback to present day. Jojo decided to defect to another sect, Golden Egg, because she was lured over with promises of great riches & an easy time. Sad to say, Jojo must’ve realised that without the backing of Mao, she wasn’t going to have an easy time at Golden Egg. So she insidiously plotted her return. She told another ex-disciple that if she ever returned to Anyhow-Insure-Anything, it would have to be in Mao’s position.
Unknown to Mao, the sect leader, KL, also felt that it was time that Mao was done away with… so KL asked Jojo to come back… and i’m sure Jojo laid down her terms… and now, Mao has been kicked back to another obscure section of the Anyhow-Insure-Anything… and Jojo will be taking her place! Perhaps this is what one would call retribution for Mao… for all the times she plotted against the other disciples so that her favourite Jojo would gain favour. But i don’t think many have realised that Jojo was as evil as she is! Tsk tsk….
I lost you there!
Yeh! Glad to hear things are getting better. I told you.. 6 weeks…. I dont know why that seems to be the magic number, but it does. Interesting job you have though.. makes sense you can insure anything.. as long as people pay for being nervous.
Katrine – Aiyah, a very vague post on office politics in my last last last company. Hahaha.
